I can't find my link

Your interview link is emailed to you after payment. Check your spam folder. If it isn't there, email us from the address you bought with and we'll send it again. Anyone with your link can open your interview and report, so don't share it.

I'd like a refund

You can have a full refund within 30 days of purchase, with no reason needed. Email us from the address you used at checkout. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with; your bank decides how long it takes to show, usually 5 to 10 business days. Details: refund policy.

My result was inconclusive

Some interviews end between two types. If yours does, you can take one more interview free, once per purchase. Email us from the address you bought with.

Something went wrong during the interview

Tell us what happened and roughly when, and include the address you bought with. Your answers and report are deleted 30 days after the interview starts, so write within that time if we need to look at it.

My data

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, including deleting your interview before the 30 days are up. How we handle it: privacy policy. The rules for using the service: terms.
